What if there is no signal on site?
The app keeps pending check-ins and tasks on the phone. Synchronisation resumes when the connection returns. Your dashboard is updated after synchronisation.
Does it track GPS continuously?
No. Location is recorded when a team member checks in or out. IchBin does not continuously track movements and does not use facial recognition.
Will my teams have to change everything?
The workflow focuses on useful steps: check in, review tasks, add the required photos and check out. The pilot lets you prepare instructions with your team before a wider rollout.
Does it replace my scheduling or payroll tools?
No. IchBin documents attendance and completed work. It is neither a payroll system nor a full HR scheduling tool. You keep your usual management tools.
